   These airfares have quite a few restrictions and it is always advisable to ask he details from the travel agent.

7. What is an e-ticket
   Many of the airlines are now issuing e-tickets (Electronic tickets) for international travel. This is basically ticket less travel and has many advantages over paper tickets.  If you are traveling using an e-ticket, then you just need a photo id and the airline will print boarding passes for you at the check in counter for your travel. 8. What should I do before I pay for the tickets and after I receive the tickets.
   There are couple of things that you must always do before you pay for the tickets and then after you receive your tickets.
   A. Check that the names are spelt correctly as in your passport on the reservation. Any discrepancy please let the travel agent know ASAP
   B. Please make sure that the flights times for your reservation are what you actually wanted. There are a lot of flights that leave late in the night and many of the passengers get confused on what date the travel actually is for. Please make sure you know what you are paying for.
   C. Make sure all the seats are confirmed. We do not sell waitlisted tickets. Unless, the ticket is confirmed for all the legs of the journey , we will NOT release the tickets to you.
   D. Once you receive the tickets, make sure everything is printed as per the reservation. Any mistakes detected after 24 hours CANNOT be rectified.
   E. Make sure  you call the airline 72 hours prior to your departure dates to reconfirm your reservation. Top

9. How do I change my travel dates
   Most of the consolidator tickets charge a  penalty to change dates. If you have not taken any leg of your journey, and you need to change the travel dates , you need to call us and we will issue new tickets for your journey.
   If you have already traveled on the ticket and just need to change the return dates, then you need to contact the airline directly in the country you are at. We CANNOT change return dates for your journey. Top

10. How do I get a refund for cancelled tickets
    ALL of the consolidator tickets need to be sent back to us for refunds.
    We will take a part of the cancellation charge before we can process any refunds . They payment can be made by check or in some cases charged to the credit card. If charged to the credit card, we will need an authorization form from you again.
    We then send the tickets back to the airline to process the refund. The airline will take about 1 month to process the refund. If you have paid by credit card, the refund will show on your credit card and if you have paid by check , then we will send you a refund check. Top

    Many a times, there are schedule changes that are made by the airline. Even though we try our best to let all our passengers know ahead of time, it is not always possible to contact each one.
